QUADRANT GREEN BEDDING

GO HERE FOR MORE!

This Quadrant green, black and gray bedding has such interesting shapes and patterns that the fabric color is almost overlooked. And to overlook the interesting combination of colors in this bedding fabric would be a shame. It's rare to come across such a blending of chartreuse, shades of gray and black. Doesn't the full modern print of the comforter look nice with the shiny sheets printed with a subdued stripe pattern? Think of all of the interesting(and cool) accessories that we can surround this collection with that will bring it around to a style of decor that your teen will love.

No matter what size bed that you are decorating there are comforters, duvet covers, pillow shams and decorative pillows to cover the entire surface of your girl's bed if you so choose. To make this comforter set appealing to the teenage crowd, the window treatments and the accent table cover will probably have to be tossed and replaced with rich, textured items including lots of fuzzy faux fur rugs, pillows and accessories.

Another way to decorate a bedroom for a young girl using this contemporary teen bedding would be to use metallics. You could pull the pewter tones from the bedding print and use it in selecting your table lamps, chandeliers or maybe some tabletop accessories. As there is just the tiniest sliver of silver in the fabric, shiny chrome accessories might be best. These are just basic decorating tips. The best way to proceed would be to select your favorite items in each finish and place them around the room in strategic locations and see which colors work best.

Select your decorative items on a temporary basis until you have an opportunity to make a visual appraisal of each. Once you decide whether you will be taking the chrome, pewter or even black wrought iron direction then you can begin to make decorating decisions on your more permanent decorations such as chandeliers, sconces and other light fixtures.

Here are some textures that I would love to try in this room that would make it less for an adult's bedroom and more for a teenage diva queen bee:
  • Black Satin Pillows
  • Black satin sheets
  • Black faux fur pillows and rugs

If it seems that most of my decorating tips for this bedroom involve BLACK stuff and lots of it, it's because I just love the contrast between the lime green bedding and black fabrics. Give it a try and send me pictures for the gallery!
