A Simple Single-Family Beach House

The house is a single-family beach house is only designed to replace the existing houses on a site already owned by the client for several years. The main idea of this project is to cover the space of two floors connected outside the house and roof garden overlooking the Broadwater. the resulting design meets the client brief, which includes the main elements as follows: 

- Opening of a living room with a large garden overlooking the Broadwater 
- Guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and main entrance on the main level 
- Master bedroom, living room, office and bedrooms upstairs, all with ocean view 
- Parking and storage of low soil
