A specific request for a bedding set with pink and green polka dots is demanding enough, but throw in the recommendation that stripes and paisley patterns be included in the design and frankly that's enough to make a decorator's head spin.

And the hours that the interior decorator is on the job racking up time comparing yards and yards of pink and green striped and paisley fabrics to find one with a personality to suit the bedroom and that will be a perfect match with the funky pink and green polka dots that will be center stage so far as the bedroom's decor is concerned translates into additional cost.

If you are on a limited budget, perhaps the best plan of action will be to find a discount bed in a bag set that your daughter loves and personalize it a bit to make it your own creation. Consider custom bedding only when your bank account is flush with cash or there is absolutely no other way make your daughter happy.
